Now works fine on my Galaxy S9+ Good videos of your home exercises along with verbal instructions. Only wish they had a way to link your financial account and payment capability on the app.

I was able to activate it for the first time, but now everytime I try to login it will load and just stay at the login screen.

Crashes on the Galaxy S10+. I called the ATI tech support team and they said that the current app version is not compatible with Galaxy S9 or S10. They are working on a new version but don't have an ETA. Considering the app doesnt work with the S9 either, I would think they are not working fast enough. Very disappointing that I cant even use the app because I have a Galaxy phone!

I've tried for days, installed and uninstalled over and over, sent feedback. Have not been able to use once. Opens, put in logon info, crashes, every single time. it would be nice to see what I'm supposed to be doing. Their printer wasn't working either so no take aways. Great idea, if it worked.

The only rating possible since the app never does anything. I sign in and it stops. After 2 or 3 attempts, I get a message from my phone that this app keeps stopping and I have to close the app. If it ever works, I'll update my review. I was able to download the app on iPad from App store and it works. Must be an android problem.

Love my Physical Therapists but this app needs a serious overhaul. Everytime I login the App stops working and my phone asks me if I want to "close app", "restart app" or "report". No matter if I choose to restart or completely close out of the app and re-open it and try to login the outcome is always the same - the app stops working.
