I'm giving to your app only two stars because I see an effort to improve it but the user interface alone its not enough. Problems with the app: - Can't register through the app you have to go to the website; - To update my info I have to go to the website; - Can't claim my results, only one from a year ago shows on my profile; - Random and wrong events appear claimed on my profile and I can't unclaim; - I can't search my results from my name, I have to search the event and then my name on them.

1. It actually loads race results (once you've claimed them online), which is the best thing it's got going for it. 2. I cannot claim race results from races I've done (on the mobile app) 3. It never shows current or upcoming races in my area which gets really irritating.

I am not sure why there is no way to add races that are not on the system. -Those- should be unofficial times, not races with professional timing. There are so many runs available in my area, why do I have to scroll through old races and ones on the other side of the country? Filters don't work very well. I like the idea but will probably get rid of it if the ability to add your own times isn't implemented.

This was nice at first. But the last 2 months this app has been useless. It's listing results unofficial, which means they don't count in your stats. And more recently, I am unable to claim any results at all. I have tried multiple times to claim and still having same problem. These are all big races with professional timing

there is ZERO app support. Some results are there, some are last year's listed as this year's. You claim your results but they never show up on your profile. I have others people's results on my page. Don't bother emailing the support link, they NEVER get back to you. Waste of time and energy, just track it yourself.

Used it track a runner. Totally understand it forecasts based on limited data points, but it dropped a consistent pace runner at about the 25K point of a marathon until he crossed the finish line. Speaking to other observers on the course, I realized it was a common issue, if the app could find your runner at all.
