Watch is horrible. App is horrible. After 6 months, face plate is coming unglued. Asus declined the warranty. At 1 year, screen started to lise pixels. The the band completely molded. Unusable but Asus wont honor a warranty. If i could give it 0 stars i would.

Very handy app, works great with Google Fit, but the 9/11/19 update broke the BP and passive PTT functions on my Vivowatch. Everything else still works. Each time I try manual BP, the watch always fails and shows the Retry, Cancel, and Help buttons. I tried turning off and on the watch, but problem persists. The BP function is the #1 reason I purchased the watch and my doctor appreciates the info it provides. Please fix. Thank you. Update 10/2/19: Everything seems to be fixed now. Thank you!

The app is "physically" tied to the watch, so there's no way to share the results with care givers or family members, but most people purchase this watch in the hope of being able to monitor the health stats of the watch wearer remotely. Not sure why Asus launched this product before this critical feature was made available.

3-6-2020 Roger that about the Tetris game - thanks - but WATCH physically will not calibrate or take real-time readings - sensitivity problem again. Nothing to do with app - figured out app wording problem long time ago. 2-28-2020 Watch still refuses to take realtime readings, a Tetris game has shown up twice (probably a test routine), & the battery now lasts ~ 2 weeks. WATCH NOW WILL NO LONGER CALIBRATE AT ALL- RIDICULOUS! - this all stems from 9-24-2019 app/FW update.

My data from Sunday 1/5/2020 is missing even though it was there before and now none of my PTT graphs for the past few days are showing up. There really needs to be an option to export data so i can save it in case the app loses it.

Stopped working correctly after a year. Cannot log in nor sync data. Tried system reset-no help. Tried turning blue tooth off/on no help tried my other Samsung 9+. Uninstalled program/reinstalled no help. I think device is bad. How do I get it fixed ? Thank you. The upgrade fixed my issue. It works excellent now!
