It is clear and simple, and it serves the purpose. However, here are some remarks: the measurement table is a bit confusing - maybe some color for the rows to separate the percentile of the input. I would love to see that. Also, for some reason when checking the tables it would give only the last 4 measurements, so I cannot see a full curve, which is pretty much why I downloaded the app. Hope you can fix this.
