Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. ASTHMAXcel is a fun, easy to use, and free app for patients with asthma. The app is available for smartphones and tablets, and has been clinically tested and linked to increased asthma knowledge, improved asthma control and quality of life, and decreased asthma emergency department visits and hospitalizations. ASTHMAXcel has been developed by a team of asthma physicians, software programmers, behavioral scientists, and an animation studio.

ASTHMAXcel will teach you about asthma through interactive modules/chapters and short, fun animated videos. The program teaches important concepts about asthma and its management. Topics include how airways can be affected in asthma, how/when to use different inhalers, how to use a spacer, and how to reduce environmental triggers in your home.
