If you can't keep a good service, suggest you don't recommend to use it on your call service. While the Aster Clinic website and App is top notch, the hospital side of things are buggy in every possible way. Like many of the comments below, we booked an appointment, only to realize that it wasn't properly registeted at the time of the appointment. Not to mention the countless errors while booking/ receiving reports etc

One of the worst apps. Have you guys tested this before releasing both this and myaster? Not sure how this got through.. bad user navigation. Repeated appointment selections and the list goes on. For the sake of easy access, fix these apps.

The app doesn't go beyond first screen after putting in mobile number and other data. Gives some error. No, i cannot send email to your support address. this is a basis issue that should have been tested before releasing the app

Useless app. When we book appointment, it shows appointment confirmed, but when we goto hospital, it says appointment not found. Even after complaining, they haven't improved the app!!!! Please take down your App..!!!

Hospital service is very good. But the app is very bad. I went for surgery. None of the documents are showing. And UI also very bad. Back button directly going to home page always

Very poor UI. Impossible to book any appointment. Always somebor the other error. Reason for appointment is mandatory but shows error whatever you type in. Error - "cannot convert varchar to datetime"...what an idiot trying to convert reason into date!!!
