The scanner is not working. I could scan only one document. The rest is just writing "kein Beleg erkannt" And stupidly this app doesn't take pictures from the gallery as others scanning apps are doing. Very negative experience. Everything is as usually , service providers earn a lot of money but doesn't want to invest in a proper electronic tool.

After an update of the app, had to reset it and re-register it to get it working. Scan function is very slow, in particular *after* the picture has been taken, have to wait a long time until it has processed the picture (why can't that been done in the background or after having submitted the scanned invoice). Plus, some invoices haven't been processed for months, it seems as if Assura has an issue with managing the invoicing process. Apart from that, I appreciate the possibility to submit the invoices by scan, if only it would work better.

Last version gives very poor document quality black and white and illegible. I guess it's back to posting paper documents for me.

File scanning + PDF Upload doesn't work. App is useless.

PDF import doesn't work. When I highlight the PDF file and tap on the "SELECT" at the top of the screen, I am taken to the next screen for the "New invoice". The previous one was NOT imported, or at least, can not be seen on the "My submitted invoices". So, without that function the app is useless as for all other services I can go on the Assura website. On the other side, the scan function worked well and the receipt was submitted. Would be nice to have a possibility to add comments with the submitted form.

Today I used it for the first time. Once you get into the rhythm of this it is ok. I sorted my family bills for the last few years and uploaded by person and year. I found it often had problems with the last page of Forderungsbelege where most of the page (70%) was empty. It couldn't focus properly. I worked around this by placing something on the bottom half of the page. As I scan all the bills and keep them on my computer anyway, I am looking forward to the possibility to upload PDFs.
