Can't submit reimbursement claim via app, keeps going to survey completed months ago, gave an initial good review. Will only let me cancel & not take me to area to submit claim. Can only submit via computer.

I'm a new user. So far, the app doesn't seem to be user friendly. I can't figure out if it's possible to link my Samsung Active Watch. The instructions say you can through Withings, but there's not an option for Samsung watches in Withings.
