This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MovitOut Workout Log & Timer on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

Bodybuilding, Interval Training or Fitness, everyone likes to see some progress. To make your workout even more efficient you can create a workout log, check your rest time or intervals and keep track of your progress. As MovitOut offers plenty of settings, not only it can be customized for Bodybuilding, Musclebuilding or Strength Training, but also for Interval Training or Endrurance Training and more.
For each exercise you can save and track your workout progress.


MovitOut Overview:
• Add and edit your own workout plans, workout days and exercises
• Workout days are grouped in workout plans
• Add a description, 2 pictures and muscles to an exercise

• Bodybuilding log with average values, per-set-values and stats for the past 8 weeks, unlimited for pro version
• Stats show you two measured values simultaneously so that you can compare them more simpler, e.g. weight and repetitions
• Filter for the bodybuilding log to save weight, repetitions, time and distance to customize the apperarance of the chart
• Add an additional set spontaneously without needing to change the settings with the pro version
• Autofill for workout log
• Combine up to 3 exercises in a superset. Up to 2 supersets in the free version, unlimited with the upgrade
• Check out the pie charts in the overview section! They show you how much you trained which muscle group both by reps and by time
• Add some genereal body stats in the "My Body" section such as Body weight or belly perimeter. The free version contains 1 general body stat, with the upgrade you can add as many stats as you want

• Workout timer in fullscreen view (landscape and portrait): In portrait mode there is animated a bar which shows you how fast to do the exercise (just in case..). Very helpful for exercises which need to be done slowly
• Workout timer in normal view: Workout log of the current exercise is accessible while the timer is running. In addition, there is a stop watch which supports rounds
• Workout timer settings: The timer is build from phases, e.g. Power-Phase, Rest-Phase, repeat etc. The basic version offers you up to 4 phases (unlimited for pro version). Sounds, Durations, Names and more are customizable
• Workout timer supports varying repetitions for each set in pro version
• Stopwatch data can be directly imported as your set time with the pro version

• Workout calendar for the current month, all months in pro version
• Workout summary and overview with pro version
