As with all of the Ashy Bines programs/challenges they are amazing & deliver incredible results fast! Hard work & definitely not for the faint hearted but we'll worth the work! Love that this app also has a maintainance option & the blitz option when you want to get a workout done in no more than 30mins. Highly recommend!!

Love the idea. Bought it by mistake, couldn't get a refund and haven't ever been able to use it. Love the two other Ashy Bines apps. They function great and great exercises. So a refund or a working app would be great.

Do not install this, I repeat, do not install this app, first they will take 7 dollars but after a month they will continue taking money from your card. They took me 29.95 USD and you do not have the power to stop them. Do not install this app!!!!!
