Clunky app and you don't get credit if you forget to check out. If it uses geolocation to confirm you are working out, why can't it check the elapsed time after the location is changed?

Can't change password, link provided doesn't work. My fitness location disappeared off my available locations. Can't see previous month checking. Can't edit profile from app. And the list goes on. Needs a lot of work

Didn't count my checkout when I was literally standing in the facility, so my workout "didn't count". I now need to contact customer service to fix it, since I can't from the app. App is also slow and needs to be refreshed constantly to find the current location. Very disappointed

This app is useless. You can almost never check out - unable to verify location. This app now has a 100% failure rate since I started using it. Incredible.

Well, was working ok until my 10th check in and it could not find my new facility location. contacted customer service...no help. Now i have to research on who to contact to get my credit and reimbursement i deserve. Not very happy.

After 2 months of the application being non-usable, today I was finally able to locate a fitness facility. Checking in was not a problem and I was able to receive my credit after the 30 minute time period. The only complaint was selecting options require several taps before It finally registers the selection. -------------------------------------------------------------update 2/12 one star, not that they even care. Just terrible, not only does the app fail to work consistently now, even the main website is often unavailable. With lack of support or communication with users of what's going on, this is just quite frustrating
