This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing BountifulBreathing on PC Windows and Mac.

Although not mentioned and named that way the exercises are based on Buteyko breathing exercises/reduced breathing. The exercises are good and useful but the app does not seem to be finished yet. Lots of lorem ipsum and developer feedback texts and I can't seem to be able to register an account and login. Please fix this because this could easily be the best buteyko app.
