The app is great. I personally have no issues counting my steps. But people around me do and ask me for help all the time. My main issues I have is looking for Information about the app. I get notifications that I can't read because clicking on it doesn't show anything. The app needs a way too look up notifications sent by the developers. And if there's a app breaking issue, trying to find a solution is impossible as the social media accounts seem to never offer notes on recent updates. 3/5

An amazing fitness app. After using this app for three months, I have redeemed a psn gift card and I already have enough points for another. There are several options to choose from when it comes to rewards, from platform to value. This app is great for encouraging you to stay in shape with the insentive of real rewards in the form of gift cards you can put towards your favorite games, I wish I had found it sooner.

You will read some of these bad reviews and 9 times out of ten, it's honestly user error that does not understand how the app works. Are there bugs? Sure. What is so wonderful about this app is the fact the developers start working on those bugs the instant they pop up. It's a simple to use app with great rewards! If you are looking to join a guild, I highly recommend joining Dark Soles [DSoles] for all types of gamers, runners etc. Remember, that's 1-800-Dark Soles just without the 1-800 lol.

I've been using this app for a few months now. I've been able to redeem a gift card already, and am excited to continue earning. You have to open the app to sync your steps, but it helps me remember to meet my goal by seeing how many steps I've gotten. I also recommend joining a guild, it'll help a bunch with motivation!

I recently had an encounter where i needed to reach out and get some help. They responded so quickly and did everything they could to help me out. They were so caring and so enthusiastic about their job. Single handedly the best customer service experience i have ever had and just made me enjoy and appreciate this app even more than i already have. Please get this app if you love gaming and exercise. For me it bridged my two passions and i love it!

This has to be the worst app ever. Will disconnect from fit bit app, and won't let you fix it for 24hours. When it doesn't sync you have to connect it to Google fitness and then switch it back just to get it to log in but it takes a total of 3 days to do that and put it back on fitbit steps. It's really not worth the time. Don't download it's trash.
