About this app

App2Sens is an app, which allows people to monitor their fitness level and health status. The App consists of 9 pages, namely main page, my profile, office diagnostics, dynamics, fitness journal, make an appointment for analysis, my questionnaires, information, and help. On the main page, the user can see the logotype with the slogan of APTUSENS product, FitnesSens, as well as six icons to operate the app. “My profile” page is used to directly visualise fitness level and health status of the user, her/his main parameters (gender, date of birth, and height), to change habits (smoking and physical activity) and language, as well as to logout, and to save changes including password. On the “office diagnostics” page the user sees the results of measurements in the form of tests and dates of the analyses, as well as obtained values in numbers with units. On the dynamic page, the user can visualise trends of all parameters. “Fitness journal” page will be used by the user to add her/his physical activities (walking, running, swimming, biking, weight training, and other) during the day including their levels (from 1 to 5). One will also be able to visualise trends of physical activities over time (recent day, week, month, or year). This page is empty in the current version of the App. “Make an appointment for analysis” page is used to make an appointment and to pay services. “My questionnaires” page will be used by the user to answer four questionnaires, namely HADS, IPSS, FINDRISC, and FTND, and to read main conclusions based on her/his answer. “Information” page will be used by the user to get additional info regarding main parameters, which are measured, stored, and visualised. This page is empty in the current version of the App. Finally, “Help” page consists of five main promptings for users to operate the app.
App2Sens is one part of a unique APTUSENS IT platform, which consists of the backoffice software (Up2Sens) connected to the apps (both iOS and Android versions), as well as connected to certified biomedical equipment for body composition and blood analyses. Using the software the biomedical analyst is able to visualise and analyse the data from the users in APTUSENS offices. This allows providing medically nuanced recommendations to the end users concerning their fitness level and health status. The APTUSENS IT platform ensures the protection of personal data.
