I previously asked to be unsubscribed from my subscription, however that was not done. I have been charged again and asked to unsubscribe and be refunded. I asked within 24 hours and was told no refunds. My app continously closes when I try to open it, yet I still have to pay.

The exact same thing just happened to me. Almost $80 was just taken from my account even though I did not purchase membership. I would like a refund. It seems that you need to sort out this problem, as it keeps recurring!

Unlawful billing. Please remove this app from the Google Play Store, as it applies predatory billing to everyone that opens it. I removed my subscription from Google Play subscriptions tab, and yet it found it's way into my credit card. Already asked my bank to delete the card and start the refund procedure. This is not ok, and I will be following additional legal measures.

it says 6 months AUD$ 1.62 per week, but when I select it is asking for $41.99. isn't it supposed to be $38.88? or is my maths wrong?

Brought this based on advertisement on Instagram. Decided to not do the free trial as it looked like just what I wanted, and would cost a lot more if I did the 3 day free trial and then decided to go ahead with the purchase. After setting up the account I realised that the app did not work in the way it was advertised to me. I requested a refund through Google. Do not purchase this app.

Be careful when you unsubscribe as I wasn't and it costs me £60+. What an expensive lesson. The email I received after sending the unsubscription request already looks like a confirmation of cancellation, but it is not, it is asking you to click on the some link again to confirm. It is okay that they wanted to charge so much even though some other apps do it for free, but it is not okay to make the unsubscription process so confusing and refuse to refund even though I contacted them right away.
