It is just for the information of how the diet works only downfall is that's is all it is. No meal tracker that I can find yet. It also has pop ups. Other than that, it is the only app out there for the oatmeal diet. I suggest taking your measurements every 2 weeks to a month and measure in measurements not weight, especially if you are working out. Remember muscle weights more than fat and is also leaner, meaning your measurements should be decreasing regularly not the scale!
