This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Calories4Life on PC Windows and Mac.

Dies ist das Motto des gemeinnützigen Projektes "Calories for Life".

Die App sammelt auf deinem Smartphone deine täglichen Schritte. Diese Schritte werden in verbrauchte Kalorien umgerechnet und anschließend kannst du darüber entscheiden, ob du deine verbrannten Kalorien einem Hilfsprojekt spendest.

Hat die gesamte Community eine bestimmte Kalorienanzahl gespendet, wird ein Gesamtbetrag von einem Spender an das jeweilige aktuelle international Hilfsprojekt gespendet.

Hinweise zur Anwendung:
- App öffnen und der Anfrage von HealthKit zustimmen - so tracken wir die Schritte und du hast volle Kontrolle über deine Daten
- Ab diesem Zeitpunkt zählen deine Schritte und du kannst sofort loslegen, gehe einfach z.B. eine Runde im Park spazieren
- Anschließend die App öffnen und auf "Jetzt spenden" klicken
- besondere Karma-Punkte kannst du erhalten, wenn du die App mit deiner Familie und Freunden teilst und somit die Community erweiterst
