در واقع من دوره ی مقدماتی اش رو خریداری کردم. ولی حس میکنم خیلی نکاتش نامفهومه و کارهایی که گوینده میگه انجام بدید رو فک میکنم خود گوینده هم معناشو نمیفهمه. من ادامش میدم چون مدیتیشن دوس دارم ولی کاش باز نگری بشه
