أولا مافي الكتاب ﻻيمت للأكلات أو الحلويات الليبية بصلة...انما هو خليط من أكلات مصرية وسورية ومغربية ....الخ...ويوجد به الكثير من المقادير المغلوطة....وواضح ان الأخت فاطمة..المؤلفة لادراية لها عن المطبخ الليبي...للأسف ..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
