About this app

As a personal trainer I believe that an active lifestyle encompasses all aspects of fitness! Coming from an extensive coaching background allows me to keep my training very diverse.

The training environment I create allows my clients to empower their own work outs where we continuously raise the bar!

In addition to being a very passionate personal trainer, I am also a qualified Sports Masssage Therapist. As an adolescent i represented my County, Region and Country playing basketball. Unfortunately following a sports injury i spent 12 months following an intense rehabilitation plan. A lot of my physiotherapy sessions were followed up by Sports Massages, this is where I found my connection!
