Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Selftraining UMH on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Selftraining es un proyecto de investigación concedido por el Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades, en la convocatoria de 2019 (nº de referencia: PID2019-107721RB-I00) a los miembros del Grupo de Investigación en Acondicionamiento Físico Saludable (GIAFIS) de la Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche.

Selftraining tiene como objetivo educar en nuevas tecnologías, a lo largo de la vida, para mejorar la salud a través de la actividad física.

Es, por tanto, un proyecto educativo que pretende aunar los programas de actividad física y las nuevas tecnologías, basadas en aplicaciones móviles y wearables, acercándolas a la población sedentaria de cualquier género (desde los 16 años en adelante) y favoreciendo el acercamiento de estos colectivos a la práctica estructurada de ejercicio físico.
