About this app

My name is Ron Johnson. I am one of Silicon Valley’s Finest Fitness Professionals.

Growing up overweight during childhood and throughout my teenage years, I thought genetics played a factor on why I couldn’t achieve physical & mental peak fitness. I spent hours in the gym daily trying to achieve that perfect physique that a lot of us desire. I was not seeing progress as fast as I would like, which convinced me further that genetics was just not on my side.

It wasn’t until 2009 when I decided to make a change for the better. I figured that if I just pushed myself a little harder, have a little patience and give myself the chance to appreciate every little progress, anything is possible. So, in an attempt to do better and learn more about fitness I turned to Google, Youtube and Instagram thinking that the self-taught approach would be the way to go.

However, something that the internet lacked was the hands on experience that formal training offered. In addition, it wasn’t able to teach me the proper forms and the necessary resting periods between sets. Furthermore, it lacked one of the biggest factor that is critical to this lifestyle, the encouragement from fellow fitness enthusiasts. After this realization, I decided to turn to formal training and seek the help of a personal trainer.

Since 2009 I have competed in several body building competitions. Lost 50+ lbs and maintained a low body fat percentage. Meanwhile, health and fitness has become a life style change. With my expertise in fitness and nutrition, I’m able to increase strength to levels I never thought possible and at the same time have fun and learn valuable information.
