The Blue Moon is an astronomical phenomenon that occurs once in about a 41-month cycle when two full moons exist in any single month. The second of the two moons is named the Blue Moon, to distinguish it from the first one in that month. The Blue Moon is rare and uncommon.

Likewise, as our name implies, Blue Moon Yoga and Fitness is set apart as a phenomenon in the fitness world. Our infra red heated studio is one of only a handful in the United States. Our yoga rooms are engineered, complete with ionized fresh-air exhaust systems, to give you the best environment possible for your body, so you can get the most benefit out of your practice.
