Hub City CrossFit is a business that is tired of an overweight society. People spend countless billions on “weight loss solutions” and “Globo-Gym memberships” that fail them time and time again. It is not necessarily that the products and gym memberships fail… it is you that fails. People get amped up on a cutting edge science or hot new workout-at-home product and stick with it for less than 2 weeks. What happened You didn’t see results in 2 weeks so the product must not be working Though you consumed calories during those two weeks like they were going out of style, you still expected results… that is simply not logical.
