The app is easy to use. There's a small learning curve, but once you get the hang of it the app is pretty good. A small concern is that there are activities that earn points that one has to search around the app for, but I don't feel that's the app's fault so much as an organizational error on the employer's part to properly place activities. Perhaps a tab that gathers all of the activities in a single place to minimize confusion?

No auto sync so you have to go in and manually refresh. Never refreshes the first time, always takes two or three more refreshes for everything to sync. Also, points are not distributed equally. Such as cycling and walking are not equal. You get more points for walking than you do the same, if not more distance for cycling. No ability to update workouts, like if a workout was a meditation. Currently cannot login. Does not recognize my email in which I have been using for several months now

The app developers reached out to let me know that they were having server issues. They notified me that the issue were resolved and it seems that the app is now working as expected. I think there should have been a notice on the play store that they were having issues. It's much better now abd I appreciate that they reached out. For the past couple of days I can't get into the app and nothing is syncing. I deleted my cache and saved info and now can't even login. Keeps saying server error.

The connection to Garmin seems to work well. Entering activities manually is fairly easy once you figure out where to enter except that the decimal is on a separate screen from the numbers. The main reason for the average rating is the lack of instructions. I made a mistake on an entry (decimal did not register) but there does not appear to be any way to correct or delete the entry.

Cumbersome and complicated to use. Also would not let me add activity at 9:16pm because it said it was outside of the date! Last I checked the day didn't end until 12am. I hate using this app but have no choice as it's the one chosen by my company for our wellness challenge. There has to be an easier way. I won't be joining the next challenge if they use it again. At least the aren't any ads.

*Edit* While the app developer reached out to me, the points not matching the leaderboard did eventually get fixed to a certain point, The apps still don't always link up throughout the challenge. Please stop emailing me asking me to edit my review. It's obvious others are having the same issues. *Apps don't link correctly, points don't sync up, leaderboard points don't match what's on main screen.
