UPTOWNIE is UNRELIABLE..!!! I placed 2 PRE-PAID orders from UPTOWNIE of around Rs 3,500/- , It was told, it will be delivered in next 4-5 days. But past that delivery time, i tried to contact UPTOWNIE by calls and emails regarding my order delivery. In starring they said it will be delivered in next 2 days and sticking to same answer till date on call. Now they have stopped responding. My Order no. are- 36690, 37314. Kindly refund my amount as i have trust issues with UPTOWNIE. NOT AT ALL

Worst app.worst customer service .They don't even talk properly.Don't listen to the complaint .And returns the money in store credit .I mean ,is the money that worthless for them.No way to talk to the customer .

Worst worst worst shopping app ever. The collection is amazing but once you place the order and pay in advance you are not going to get your products easily. It took 20 days to deliver the products I ordered and on the top of that due to size issues, I requested to return the products and it's been more than a month I haven't received any store credits. And the customer service is truly sucking. Never going to order again and not even going to recommend anyone to order from here 🥺🥺

Worst shopping experience ever. Placed an order on March 19 and still no update on the same. Keep saying sorry for the inconvenience. I've paid money and they have not updated me on my order. 3 weeks now. They are frauds.

This is a FAKE WEBSITE, they have PATHETIC service. My paid order is been pending since last one month. The costumer exccutives are highly unprofessional. Will highly recommend not to order anything from such fake site.
