I have done EMDR with a therapist. I found it helpful, but don't want to make appointments whenever something comes up in my mind. The short sessions help me to put aside my distressed feelings about an event and help me to move forward in my thoughts without being stuck so much. It leaves me feeling peaceful and able to plan how to work towards clarity.

I feel this app needs strongly to add sound options also. As a certified EMDR therapist, this being available would greatly increase its clinical application and can support people where using your eyes is not possible. If this was done it would be fantastic

Love the app, nice and simple. My psychologist uses it on her tablet and it works fine, but it doesn't work on my phone. I would like to tell more details and resolve this issue with the developer if possible. :)
