Definitely a good app! I work out pretty often, but my dieting hasn't always been a strong suit. This app has definitely helped me do better, especially when it comes to keeping track of my last cheat day lol. It's still got room for improvement. But all in all is definitely a good app.

My Vertical Tracker is user friendly and all encompassing when it comes to optimization. Most apps just do the calories, the Vertical Tracker monitors all aspects of wellness. If your serious about gains leave nothing to chance and use this app.

I love the idea of the app. However, the functions of the app don't work very well. The scanner was working yesterday but today there was an update. The scanner doesn't work now. I think I will switch to a better working app.
