Bác sĩ tốt, nhiệt tình, không có gì phàn nàn. Ứng dụng chưa hoạt động mượt mà, còn lỗi kĩ thuật nhưng đội ngũ hộ trợ cũng khá tận tình. Cần cải thiện thái độ nói chuyện với khách hàng, tôi cảm thấy khó chịu do khi nch vs tôi nv CSKH không dùng chủ ngữ và viết sai chính tả. Hệ thống trừ tiền chưa thực sự rõ ràng, lúc trừ nhiều lúc trừ ít, số dư hiện lung tung, mỗi lúc hiện một số khác nhau. *Đây là review thành thật, ko phải review ảo như những review khác :))
