Tried clicking other tabs, almost are working fine aside from the Digiconsult, w/c is the reason of me downloading this app, I badly needed the med. cert. Everytime I'll click that button nothing happens. It totally freezes the screen. I'm using my data, I'm using other apps and downloading at the same time so it's not a connection problem. I even re installed it, same issue. Really frustrated w/ this

customer service is really great. At first I have a hard time to use it however when I emailed them they told me about my concerned and help me out. I realize that I need to check always my spam messages because sometimes their reply went straight in my spam.

The doctors list in the app are not updated so after creating LOA with a non existing doctor, LOA should be cancel, and generate another. And also there should be an option in the app or website to cancel LOA so that member will not anymore call the customer service it will require much load on mobile phones. QA are not responding well. Update your service pleace

You have a bad application because you have a bad developer. The password was not encrypted when was sent to the email, it might steal the credentials and use in different platform like gmail or facebook. Very slow app respond. I'm not impress in the application and I hope the service and customer service will be better. Hire better programmer or developers to fix all the issue.

So, I'm stuck on registration. The app wants me to verify my info and informed me to contact a phone number that directs me to an endless loop of "The subscriber cannot be reached." Great.
