App is very helpful for gym enthusiastics. It give all the information about diet and exercise program for which gym trainer charge extra in the name of Personal training otherwise they wont even tell you the basics. So this app is helpful for beginners. The only problem is the server is too slow and pages took time to load also it needs beautification or it seems like reading black and white Social Study book. Please do the needful. Thanks Guru Mann bhaji for creating this app.

Great work sir. I have gained a treasure chest worth of knowledge after watching your videos. Launching the app is a great move and will definitely help in our(I have made it my mission too) mission of fit and healthy India. Please ignore the haters. Amazing app! All of Guru Mann's information bundled together in nicely divided sections! I've never used a paid app in my entire life, and this is the only one that I felt like buying instantly! Guru sir has provided us a lot of information over the years, for no cost on YouTube! He truly has helped me evolve my understanding of my body! I hope Mission India Fit succeeds greatly in improving our countrymen's health!

Pros: Easy layout Almost all info. Cons: The quality of text becomes hazy while shuffling. There should be videos about each excercise of chest back biceps and all showing correct posture in detail as max people do wrong/incomplete motion. Pictures should be added about which type of body shape a person wants and then plan should be laid out. Guru Mann sir you did a great job,the cons I pointed out here is just to make this good app the best.

Guru maan its my wish that someday i will meet you for sure... The result which i never got in past 2 years i got after 6months following your 5*5 and pure mass respectively... I just wanna say thank you for everything you do Guru Mann sir. Earlier I had to spend so much time finding content on YouTube n now with a mere Rs200 I have everything that I need in one place.
