I had the IAK app and had to change after the merger. I dislike that I no longer have access to the European health care cards of the family or the policy information. I cannot understand how to submit a bill knowing it is me as I don't have to log into the app. So security is based on what security I use for my phone...

Declaraties indienen via foto werkt maar de app is uitermate beperkt. Is zelfs minder dan de IAK app. Er wordt gezegd dat daar aan gewerkt wordt maar dat is al meer dan een jaar geleden. Heeft dus duidelijk geen prioriteit.

Helaas kan ik niet inloggen om commucatie te zien, mails bijvoorbeeld, ik moet dan nog steeds naar uw website. de app is beperkt tot het indienen van fakturen. eeg beperkt dus.
