The app poses no threat of injury, damage to health or death. It simply guides a user through a series of tasks and goals, so that he/she will be able to strengthen his/her abilities and consequently alleviate his/her limitations.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
