Love this app! I have finally managed to start working out regularly! It's so simple to use, the workouts are great, they have rest bits in between but I usually skip them to finish a bit faster. The training doesn't last too long but it is super effective and good for all levels. You can do these outside as well! Great app, thank you! No more paying for the gym :)

Definitely recommended. This app is really working for me. My belly measures from 28 inch to 25 inches now. I have done total 807 workouts spending total 456 minutes. I work out daily starting from morning warmup then abs intermediate and then before sleep I do sleepy time stretch. That's my daily routine . and I didn't change my eating habit and I do work out 5 days a week . So it's definitely working for me.

I love this app. I think this is the perfect app for workout at home i must tell you that i had never gone to the gym and yet i want to lose weight this app works so effectively thank you so much!!! I think it is far better than gym but only one condition is there that you have to be regular through the workout sessions without any cheating!!!

I am still quite new to the app but I am quite impressed with the workouts so far. They are quite but also gets you sweaty in that short time. My goal is to lose weight and so far, I am on day 3 of the challenge and I am hoping I see the results I am seeking. I would love it more if it also had healthy recipes that could assist in your particular weight goals.

Lockdown (due to Covid-19) has been extremely hard on my body as there is no gym and restriction of movement around our area makes it so difficult to get the workout you need 😔 I have also been diagnosed with a problem that affects my ligaments and joints so cardio is a big problem. This app is amazing! I am able to burn up the calories without having hours on the treadmill and I am able to tone up at the same time 💯 I don't think I will be going back to gym, this app suits my needs! Tx u 🙌
