About this app

It is estimated that nearly 31 million Americans experience back ache at some point and 50% of workers admit to having significant back pain symptoms each year.
Superior back pain is often the result of poor sitting or standing posture or is due to minor sports trauma or exercises.

The treatment of lower back pain depends on the patient's history and the type and severity of the pain.
The vast majority of cases of lower back pain get better within six weeks without surgery, and lower back pain exercises are almost always part of a treatment plan.
