This was what I was looking for. Not just stretching but muscle building in the correct area. My back has been bad now for 2 months so will do this for a while and report back. ok as promised this is my extended review. this series of stretching and muscle excercises do work. if i do these at least a few times a week my back is absolutely fine but stop doing them and its just a matter of time before it goes wrong again. i have my self to blame as my back is now hurting. stretch stretch.
