Both awareness of body and chakra's is an important aspect of Yoga Nodes, I don't understand why one has been omitted. The Voice giving the instructions didn't seem "relaxed", it feels very rigid, and the sudden "don't fall asleep" reminders are very distracting from maintaining awareness. Would no recommend.

I have just discovered that this app has been circumventing my data saver and since installation used 70+ Gb of NOT free data. I'm completely livid. I love the sleep aids, but now I'm not going to be able to sleep at all because of the bills!

I wouldn"t call this a yoga nidra app mainly because there is one session on YN and a few other types of meditation

The woman's voice was so distracting and her cadence was really choppy. Not a great guide for meditation, don't recommend.
