It really works and calms me down. When I'm stressed or struggle to sleep at night, I just put on my guided meditation and off I go to sleep. The sleep is so peaceful and when I wake up I feel renewed and fresh and energetic. I am then able to start my day or resume it (after an afternoon nap) especially now during my trying times. I just close my door and listen and relax then the sleep come by itself.

There's a great mix of narrators (Michael Seely & the Ausie lady are phenomenal) and meditation options. Male or female narrators for motivation, sleep, pain mgmt, long, short & guided meditations with our without music, both for adults or kids. Highly recommend for the versatile options so that one won't be bored w/ the same thing over & over !!

This app has helped me fall asleep much quicker and more relaxed. I have one of those brains that keeps going for quite awhile and the sleep meditations help calm my mind and allows me to get decent sleep again. I love it.

I love these guided meditations. Nice calming voices and I also like the fact that once the mediation is finished it doesn't move onto the next one, it just stops. So many different mediations to choose from, no adds.

Wonderful! I can't believe this is a free app. There are ads there when you open it, but nothing when you're using the meditations. I am someone who really needs meditation to reduce stress and to fall asleep.
