This app is so annoying. I've been trying to connect my band with my phone. But whenever i open this app, it automatically shuts down in 1 or 2 seconds, showing runs exception time. I don't know how to fix this. Could you fix this so that i can use my band in a correct way? I've already uninstalled and installed like 20 times and also re-started my phone. And tried the reset network settings as work. Nothing is working.

The band is good but the app need quite a few modifications, please check enabling more notifications alert on the band so one can customise the notifications personally from mobile notifications centre unlike classic 5 app notifications for social media. Also please add drink water reminder feature to the app it would be very helpful and was I must preference before buying a band.

The watch doesn't connect to my phone. It was good initially but within a week bluetooth got disconnected and now it's not working. Have tried to reinstall and restart my phone. Nothing works. It's lying useless now.

Very bad experience. Band can't count steps.Total waste of money. Actually company should refund the money of customers who is not satisfied with the band. Think about. Not want to give even half star.☹ Very disappointing.

Edit: It plays same porn in vlc when I tap mp3 play button on the helix smart watch 😑 Buggy, doesn't show all notification, old look and feel, bad UI. No notification for telegram and LinkedIn. The watch asks your height and it shows max 10 inches in the inches row. I wasn't able to select 5 feet 11 inches height. Also, I don't care about exercising, I bought it to receive calls and telegram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp notifications. App can do pretty much nothing. The watch can't even show emojis!!

I want to tell that you should make improvement in the alarm settings of the app as you cannot set alarm for tomorrow.This my suggestion to the team helix to make improvement in it ,otherwise the app interface and data sync is good . So please see my suggestion.
