AMITA Health ✓ supports more than 100 different conditions, turning complex care plans into simple, daily steps and letting you communicate directly with your care team about your health. Your team will have access to a monitoring dashboard that allows them to keep track of your condition and receive alerts to prevent complications.

Once you log in, you can view your Health Reminders Page, which might include instructions for surgery preparations, your medication schedule, follow-up appointments, exercises and other daily tasks that were recommended for your condition. You can view videos and other content, and even take photos right from the app for visual reference. You also can share your information with caregivers and/or loved ones, near or far.
