There appears to be a glitch in the app. After downloading the app/issue, I clicked on the "Read" and it shows me their sponsor and is on a continuous loop (I was able to stop the loop), but there is no content with the 2019 issue and no way of looking for any previous issues...This is a waste of your time, so don't bother downloading this application...I invite you to go someplace else for your workout apps...

received notice of 2019 update that never updated initially but finally did, now there is no content. just a black screen with a blue line across it. I can slide the menu out to tap "read now", but it evens says nothing available to read. M&F got this one all wrong. This is while using a Note 10. I hope reviews are being read and that this is corrected soon.

Haven't completed all the workouts yet, but I've gotten a good sweat from the ones that I have. The videos are quick to play and the quality is great. Great app.
