Amazing app that allows alot of custimization to find the right sounds to put you into a deep sleep The app was able to change me from a light sleeper easily woken to any noise and was getting poor sleep to a deep sleeper who gets a good night sleep Only thing it does take up some of your battery life but if you put your phone on charge you will be all good. Overall Highly recommend
