I've had Amerigroup for a few years now but I'm trying to get on the app I did everything it told me to do but when I tap register after putting in my information it doesn't work

This app won't let me login to my account. Why? According to the reviews this app doesn't work for anyone at all.

Everything I've had to do with Amerigroup has been not only bad but it has required 5 times more attention along with needing to get the coverage that is in my plan. It took me 3 months and 10 phone calls to find out why they wouldn't authorize a prior authorization request for my dentist. And my dentist sent the prior authorization request FOUR TIMES. AND AMERIGROUP STILL WOULDN'T APPROVE IT! The only reason was because the company thought I had my original dental plan which I upgraded.
