Used to be good now has only whole foods and junk. Hardly any Amazon items that are worth browsing.

Prime Now used to be excellent. If they had it in your area you could basically get almost anything that was located at a fulfillment center. Now it seems they basically offer Wholefoods and Pet food express. The offerings from Amazon are worthless. I looked up Board Games and in the list was a bunch of crackers. So outside of Catan and Cards against Humanity your options devole into Monopoly and Food. Maybe they should kill this app and use one for whole foods and pet food delivery instead.

There is no such thing as prime now anymore. No last minute deliveries of tech necessities. At this point I wish they'd just remove the app all together.

Awful service. All evening waiting for my shopping for nothing. Prices are also much more expensive than their competitors (I just needed something urgently, and now I don't have it at all).

Waste of time. Went through creating whole shopping basket full of groceries because it says delivery within 2 hrs, and no delivery available today which you can only find out at the end of the checkout process. So over an hour wasted on this pathetic app

Once you've had Prime there's no going back. Too many perks to list. Once a year pay for membership. You'll earn that fee back very quickly.
