This WB or its delivery is so bad as i ordered goods 20 days ago, but it haven't come yet. Support workers don't clearly answer. They always say i could cancel my order

Приложение хорошее, но есть один очень жирный минус, из-за которого вынуждена поставить низкую оценку – товары в отложенном ВСЕ удалились, и это максимально обидно, потому что у меня там было очень много вещей, которые я собиралась в дальнейшем покупать. Как теперь искать их – понятия не имею. Жутко обидно, и такое происходит не в первый раз. Только вот в прошлый раз удалилась только часть товаров, а сейчас все. Исправлю оценку, когда хотя бы расскажете, как вернуть товары из избранного
