App rất hữu ích cho việc theo dõi tình trạng người bệnh một cách trực quan, có nhật kí, biểu đồ thống kê, vừa rất thuận tiện trên smartphone, nhờ theo dõi liên tục dễ dàng từ đó điều chỉnh khẩu phần ăn, hoạt động tập thể dục hợp lý,.. bên cạnh đó cũng cho phép tra cứu để hiểu thêm hơn về các bệnh.
