I'm on my third month of custom workouts. I'm not quite a beginner, but I'm starting over at 56. The workouts are challenging, but not overwhelming. The app keeps track of what I've done, suggests targets for progression, and allows substitutions for anything, most handy when people are on the machine you still need. I look forward to where this app will take me.

Literally the best workout tracking app I've ever seen. I used to use a notebook, but that was always too bulky and got messed up from sweat. The info this app gives us huge for me mentally, being able to see the % increase week over week has made the journey so much more fun for me. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to track workouts!

The experience I've had with this app has been great, I'm 6-5 months into working out, and I wouldn't have been able to make the progress I have without the help of an app like this. What I hate about other apps is that they feel bloated and they're hard to navigate as with this app. It's incredibly straightforward. The only features I'd really like to see are the ability to track more of my workout. I'd love to see stretches be able to be implemented into workouts, as well as cardio.

This is a great tool for those needing some guidance and accountability while at the gym. The app allows me to create workout plans based on what muscle groups I want to train, my experience level and how often I want to work out each week. I can swap out exercises (if the gym I'm at doesn't have that piece of equipment) and can alter anything throughout the workout. I travel a lot and each gym I visit is different, so this app is very useful in providing alternatives to each exercise. 5 ⭐

DO NOT UPDATE! Was 5 stars, but I just updated the app, and now it's useless (opens to a plain white screen). I wish I would've screenshot'd my workout routine. I'm supposed to be working out right now, but the app no longer works after updating it. Tried: wiped date and cache - still no luck. Uninstalled completely, then reinstalled, and app still doesn't work.

I personally love this app makes making plans so easy and it's very versatile. If I could add one feature to the app I'd like a feature to tell the app what increments your machines go up in as my gym doesn't have 5 lbs increases in most machines. So if I could put the correct increments of my machines for the exercises I'm doing that would take away a little bit more guesswork. Just a thought.
