SIMO Assistant offers an easy solution when you need to help your parents or children set date and time or add an entry to the phone book. It will help you to set up reminders about taking medications, to check location, and even to start a voice chat. Create a group of family or friends to always have your loved ones supervised. Do business, relax, and be sure that someone will always be there to help.

●Location:
○ Ability to see the connected phone's location on the map in real time.
○ Ability to view route history.
○Setting up “electronic fence” - receive alerts when your loved ones leave home, school, the playground or a medical facility.
●Reminders:
○Remote setup of single or repeated text and voice reminders. E.g., without leaving your home you can easily make sure that your mother’s phone will remind her to look up the weather forecast for the day every morning at exactly 8:00 o’clock.
●Settings:
○Ability to change date and time, add contacts to the phonebook, set up a list of SOS * numbers, set up a whitelist **, find lost phone and set up a schedule for turning it on and off
●Battery charge:
○The battery level of the phone will always be on the application screen
●Voice chat:
○Is it inconvenient for your father to type the SMS? Just tell him to press and hold the “5” button on the main screen and speak. Voice message will be recorded and sent as soon as he releases the button.
How does it work?
Currently, SIMO Assistant can connect to Sigma mobile’s Comfort 50 Elegance 3 feature phone.
➔Install the SIMO Assistant to your smartphone, sign up and log in
➔Create a group and connect the feature phone of your relative to the group using it’s IMEI1 ***
➔Log in to the SIMO Assistant app on the feature phone.
Important:
SIMO assistant cannot be installed secretly and is only allowed with express consent.
The APP is visible on the system desktop after installation.
Be sure you fully informed your relative, that will use Sigma mobile feature phone bound to SIMO Assistant, that:
●the location of the phone will be uploaded regularly to server and shared to group members in SIMO app.
●Location information and other information will not be uploaded or shared if feature phone owner logs out of SIMO app in his phone
●Location information and other information will not be uploaded or shared until the phone is bound to SIMO app
●Group members can only view the location information of a particular device within SIMO assistant, and cannot extract latitude and longitude to share it.
Note:
SIMO assistant server will not keep old location information more than 1 month, and after unbinding the device, server will delete all the information from the smartphone, including all the history of location information and electronic fence by SIMO APP Settings; voice alarm, telephone white list, remote address book information, etc. All the above data will be deleted with no recovering option. Feature phone settings will remain the same.
GPS data can be encrypted, transmitted, stored and destroyed according to GDPR policy.
Instead of storing chat text messages, the server temporarily stores offline messages that need to be distributed, and deletes them as soon as the distribution is complete.
App permissions:
1. Camera: scan the QR code and take photos of the head portrait, and cannot take photos in real time within the APP without this permission;
2. Recording: send voice message and set the voice alarm clock. The recording cannot be done without this permission;
3. Positioning: it is required to display the device location on the Google map. When the device is not online, the current user's location will be displayed on the map.
4. Read the address book: invite friends and relatives in the current phone book to join the group of friends and relatives (Note: you can invite friends and relatives to join the group manually without giving permission.)
