This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing TeslaWatchBand on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Умный браслет Teslawatch – персональный помощник для ведения активного и здорового образа жизни.
Приложение Teslawatch предназначено для работы с браслетом Teslawatch T-BAND. С помощью данного приложения можно собирать статистику с браслета и загружать на него настройки по каналу Bluetooth.
Браслет имеет 4 режима:
Режим дневной активности. В данном режиме браслет считает количество шагов, пройденное расстояние, сожжённые калории.
Режим тренировки. Данный режим позволяет фиксировать время тренировки и интенсивность. После синхронизации в приложении можно квалифицировать тип занятий и уровень нагрузки.
Режим дневного сна. В данном режиме браслет не даст Вам глубоко уснуть и разбудит в нужное время. Кроме этого этим режимом можно заменять режим активности, если вы хотите исключить какой-то период из статистики. Например, Вы много времени находитесь в процессе вождения автомобиля.
Режим сна. Данный режим фиксирует время сна и фазы сна.
Собирая полноценную статистику о Вашей дневной активности, тренировках и сне Вы можете получить реальную картину Вашего образа жизни, поставить новые цели и контролировать их достижения.
Кроме этого, браслет имеет следующие настройки:
- Умный будильник. Данная функция очень полезна, так как может будить Вас в нужную фазу сна. Т.е. Вы указываете крайнее время, в которое Вас нужно разбудить и временное окно до этого времени (10, 20 или 30 минут). Браслет будет контролировать состояние Вашего сна в этот период и разбудит в наиболее благоприятный для Вас момент.
- Напоминание «Пора размяться». Браслет напомнит Вам подвигаться, если Вы долгое время находитесь без движения. Данная функция очень полезна тем, кто много работает за компьютером.
