This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Self Help Hypnosis on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

It did not work !!! Literally....couldn't even access it, no way to even open it after it was installed . Complete waste of time + space on my phone. Frustraying and disappointing. !!!!! Janine Homewood
